Nominations | Celebrating excellence in Design

General Criteria and Conditions:

Nominations must be in English
Nominations must be clearly and succinctly written and remain within the submission guidelines
Nominations should deal in a grounded and supported statement with supporting facts and figures
Only projects that have been completed in 24 months prior to October 2021 can be nominated for an award. Photography of the finished projects must be supplied in order to make the entry eligible
Renderings and sketches can be provided as supporting material, but only in conjunction with photographs of the finished product
Nominations must relate to work completed in India
Architect & Interiors India shall have the right to verify the information provided in each submission if required. Nominations must include contact details for nominator and nominee to facilitate this
Nominations will be accepted in good faith and, notwithstanding any attempts to verify, claims in nomination will be treated as true and accurate
Submission of an application form indicates acceptance of the conditions of entry
Nominations received will be circulated to the judging panel. It may also be used in Architect & Interiors India – in print, online or both – as the basis of a case study, as a standalone article or as part of the awards feature
Representatives from the nominated company/person must be available on the night of the awards

Supporting Documents

Dimensional drawings with scale of project in A-2 size
4 drawings of the project to be uploaded. Drawings should include Floor Plans, Sections & Elevations
Colour photographs of the completed project in A-4 size, 4 photographs. Actual photographs of the projects should be given (computer generated/modified photographs not valid). External photograph of the project is compulsory for nominations under Architecture categories.
One page profile of the architect giving details such as – milestone projects accomplished during their career span, awards/recognition received, etc. with a passport size photograph to be provided.

Please note

Nomination form along with the supporting documents submitted in any size/format other than specified above shall be rejected
Please do not mention any details including name of the nominee/project or name of your firm anywhere on the supporting documents, except on the nomination form.
You can submit only one nomination per category using one nomination form, and up to 3 nominations per category
Nominations which fail to comply with the above guidelines, will be rejected
