This award recognises the best residential project. Nominations for the award should acknowledge project designs of stand-along homes that are designed keeping location, sustainability and innovative use of material and form in mind.
This award recognises the best residential project. Nominations for the award should acknowledge projects or project designs that enhance the lifestyle of the client, steer sustainability and location specific design, and translate the given brief to achieve a balance between function and form.
This award recognises the year’s best commercial project. Nominations for the award should acknowledge projects or project designs that provide an excellent working environment for employees, at the same time making the most of sustainable initiatives in a sector that is traditionally very energy reliant.
This award recognises the year’s best mixed-use structure featuring a combination of one or more categories, such as hospitality and commercial or residential and commercial.

This award recognises the year’s best hospitality and leisure project interior design in its entirety; be it a hotel, resort or restaurant.
This award recognises the year’s best interior design for a residential space in India. Here the focus will be on the innovative use of material, form and location.
This award recognises the year’s best interior design for a corporate office space or place of business in India. Here the focus is on designs that help in improving productivity and enhancing creativity along with translating the design brief to its requirements.
This award recognises the year’s best interior design of a retail outlet, shopping mall, or standalone unit in India. Here the focus would be on creativity and consumer centric design.
This award has been instituted to recognise architectural excellence for buildings or complexes in the public or private sector for education, government, social, cultural, health or administrative purposes.
